Generalise properties of multiplication and division with whole numbers
W.A.L.T: Generalise properties of multiplication and division with whole numbers
The answer to this question is g *h = h * g. Here is a link to the website the teacher sent us. This is an example of the commutative property.
The answer to this question is 8 * 0 = 0. This is an example of the zero property. Find the link above :)
The answer to this question is identity. ( This is and example of the identity property! )
The answer to this question is distributive. ( An example of the distributive property. )
The answer to this question is identity. ( This is and example of the identity property! )

The answer to this question is ( d * f ) * g = d * ( f * g. ) This is an example of the associative property.
My solo level is extended abstract because I seek feedback how I can improve on my goal and can teach others to do the same. My next step is to get a new maths goal!

Koru Games
Koru Games
Over the last three days the year 7/8s from Oaklands School (along with many other schools) participated in the Koru Games. All sports were held in different venues depending on what the sport required.
Something I really enjoyed was playing so many different schools and representing Oaklands School while playing touch because it was my first time playing in a tournament.
Thinking back to the beginning of the year, I really improved because I didn't know how to play touch rugby and now I do along with some good techniques.
Something I will remember is loosing 3-2 in our last game.

Writing Prove It- Include Punctuation In My Writing
W.A.L.T: Include punctuation in my writing
I guess you haven't noticed but us children are soooooo fatigue during there long school hours. Now I figure you haven't noticed because if you have would've done something. Right? Right!? Well, let me tell you why the average child (or lazy child ) gets up at ten in the morning! That was until school. Now we are forced to wake up at seven thirty or, wait for it... EVEN EARLIER! If you are thinking what I'm thinking school should start later and end earlier...

Reading Prove It- Apply Some Criteria To Evaluate Texts
Solo Level: I think that my solo level would be relational because I used several strategies to apply criteria and I know when and why to use them.
Next Step: My next step would be to choose a new reading goal!
